- Improper generator connectivity or battery not properly charged.
- Battery swelling or overcharging caused by incorrect UPS system voltage settings.
Prolink 650VA Offline UPS

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will not be applicable under the following conditions:
- UPS damage caused by thunder, abnormal overload, insect entry, or similar external factors.
- Failure to maintain an ambient temperature between 20°C and 26°C with proper dehumidification (24/7).
- If the product is used or stored in a dusty or damp environment.
- Improper generator connectivity or failure to maintain proper battery charging.
- Battery swelling or overcharging caused by incorrect UPS system voltage settings.
